All items provided by Little Shop of Props are for temporary hire and are intended for use as theatrical props only. While we take great care to ensure that all props are in good condition, we do not guarantee their suitability for any specific purpose other than display. All props are checked before hire to ensure there are little to no damage. The hirer assumes full responsibility for the care, security, and appropriate use of the props during the hire period. Little Shop of Props is not liable for any damage, injury, or accidents that may occur as a result of improper use of the props. It is the responsibility of the hirer to inspect all items upon delivery or collection and report any damage or missing items immediately. Any loss, damage, or failure to return the props in their original condition will result in additional charges. By hiring from Little Shop of Props, the hirer agrees to these terms and accepts all risks associated with the use of the props.

1. Hire Period The hire period starts from the date and time of collection/delivery of the props and ends when all items are returned to the Company. Extensions of the hire period must be agreed upon in writing prior to the return date, and additional charges may apply.

2. Payment and Fees 2.1. A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking to secure the hire. 2.2. The full balance must be paid at any given point before the first day of collection, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 2.3. Late returns wont issue any additional costs unless specified, some bookings may be back to back so return date is expected to be met. The Client agrees to cover the cost of repair or replacement of any props that are damaged, lost, or stolen during the hire period.

3. Account/Banking 3.1. Little Shop of Props uses a personal account for payment. The name for the card owner is the owner of the company.

4. Collection and Delivery 4.1. The Client is responsible for collecting and returning the props unless otherwise agreed upon. 4.2. Collection and return of the props is completely free of charge. 4.3. The Client must inspect all items at the time of collection/delivery and report any defects or damage immediately. Failure to do so implies acceptance of the items in their current condition.

5. Care and Usage of Props 5.1. All props are hired for theatrical purposes only and should not be used for any other purpose. 5.2. The Client must ensure that props are handled carefully and are not exposed to conditions that may cause damage, such as fire, water, excessive weight, or harsh environments. 5.3. Props must be stored in a secure and suitable location while in the Client's possession to prevent damage, theft, or loss.

6. Damage, Loss, or Theft 6.1. The Client is fully responsible for the care and safety of the props during the hire period. 6.2. Any loss, theft, or damage to the props while in the Client’s possession must be reported immediately to the Company. 6.3. In the event of loss, theft, or irreparable damage, the Client agrees to pay the full replacement cost of the prop(s) as determined by the Company.

7. Cancellations 7.1. Cancellations made before the hire start date will result in the loss of the £50 non refundable deposit. 7.2. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability 8.1. The Company is not liable for any personal injury, death, or property damage resulting from the misuse or improper use of the props during the hire period. 8.2. The Client assumes full responsibility for ensuring the props are used safely and appropriately. 8.3. The Company is not responsible for any delays, accidents, or damage occurring during transport unless the Company is directly handling the delivery/collection.

9. Sub-Hiring 9.1. The Client may not sub-hire or lend any props to third parties without the prior written consent of the Company.

10. Termination 10.1. The Company reserves the right to terminate the hire agreement immediately if the Client is found to be in breach of any of these terms and conditions. 10.2. In the event of termination, the Client must return all hired props immediately and may forfeit any payments made. 11.

11.Copyright 11.1 Photography of the props are allowed to be shared on social media however the company must be credited. Any persons claiming the props to be their own will be kindly asked to remove the photos before further action is undertook

12. Governing Law 12.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK. By entering into this hire agreement, the Client acknowledges and accepts all terms and conditions as outlined above
